Any household that values privacy, controlled access, and structured communication — not just public figures. This
includes executives, frequently traveling homeowners, and residences managed through assistants, house managers, or security personnel.
Is this only for celebrities?
No. Private Client is based on privacy and household complexity, not public status. We don’t require clients to explain why they want additional confidentiality or controlled communication.
Do your employees sign NDAs?
Employees acknowledge our standard confidentiality policies, and personnel assigned to your account can sign an additional confidentiality acknowledgment. We can also review an appropriate client-provided NDA or offer our own
agreement.
Can you coordinate with my assistant or house manager?
Yes. Your account can list one or more authorized contacts for access, instructions, and completion updates, and
our teams have experience working with house managers, assistants, security personnel, and property managers.
